I had my car damaged in my parking lot and had to have a new bumper. I took my car to Gerber on Northwest Hwy in Chicago. Andi and John were terrific. They were extremely courteous, helpful and did a terrific job. My car was in on Monday and back to me on Tuesday afternoon. The whole situation was painless for me they took care of everything. When I got into my car I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had that new smell to it. They had cleaned the interior of my car as well. What an added bonus, I really wasn't expecting that. So in all I have to say they are the best. Great service and great people.

It was frustrating that just after getting long overdue body work done a truck took the passanger side mirror off. The offender wanted three estimates and Gerber came in least expensive. It was taken care of promptly with very little wait. Before I found Gerber, I replaced another mirror by going to an autoparts store and then had my regular engine repair guys put it on. Gerber was a much more time and money efficient way to take care of the problem. Thanks!

"I am really happy with the worker done by Gerber on Northwest Highway! They went above and beyond when doing repairs to my car, and worked with me on the pricing. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and pleasant. For something that was a bad experience (the accident), they made it as pleasant as it could be. As an aside, at the time of the accident, the woman who smashed into me said, "I come around this corner too fast every day - it's just what I do." So I was thinking I could go hang out at that intersection for a while - just so I can go back to Gerber :)"

"After several months of delaying getting the bodywork done after my son tried to squeeze the car where it didn't belong we came to Gerber. We liked that they guarentee the lowest price, gave us a coupon since we couldn't claim insurance on this damage & they did a great job of squeezing our car in thier time slot (now that's the only sqeezing I want done to my car!). Four drivers and two cars makes our schedule tight. After sitting on the estimate and studying our schedules I called to see if they could fit me in. When I called them they took me right away and had it back to me in the time promised! We call it our "new car" now. The shop is conveniently located within walking distance of my home and I would use them again."
