I was involved in two accidents in one day. It was a snow storm and very stressful being out on the road. I was on my home just moments after second accident and drove by Gerber on Northwest hwy. It was 5:15 and I did not have an appointment. I stopped in very stressed out and Andi was an angel. She stayed late in the snow storm and took care of everything. She was kind and helpful and made a tough situation very easy and quick. She took care of every need I had down to setting up rental car to be ready and helped to set drop off. I had two seperate claims and estimates to manage with a fleet company car. Andi's professional and curtious attention to detail made me confident to recommend to my neighbor.......who's car I had hit on the way out in the morning.....this was accident 1. He took my recommendation and has had estimate done by ... Andi also. The care and concern has made this experience very positive and I would never go any where else for repairs! Andi Molina is worth her weight in gold and is a dedicated employee that takes pride in a job well done. She needs a raise! read more

I just would like to say how impressed I was with the quality of work that was performed on my work van. They actually painted my bumper on my van before I evan dropped off my vehicle and got it back to me in 2 hours. To my surprise when I picked it up it was cleaned inside and out .....Which, let me tell you was no smll job. Thanks Gerbers you guys made my day!
