Both John & Andi were very helpful (this was my first incident since I started to drive). They kept me informed of the progress on my van, and answered all the questions. I would highly recommend this location for any collision and glass work to my friends. I am very pleased with the finished product.

John Siggerud, General Manager & Andi Molina, Estimator, are absolutely wonderful to work with & listened to my requests for repairs. The quality of their work is top notch & the entire experience was done in a very professional manner. The work was completed promptly & I had my car back that same day so I was spared the inconvenience of not having a car to drive. This is the second time I have gone to Gerber & have told friends how great they are to work with when repairs are needed. I definitely would return if necessary. Andi and John at the Gerber at this location have been tremendous in getting our Chevy Tahoe repaired each time we had it in. And let me tell you, it's been at least 4 times in less than 6 months. Staff was extremely courteous and helpfull and has always delivered when promised. Even had an instance of having to have the back of the mirror re-painted and it was done at no charge to make sure there was complete satisfaction. Would completely recommend this location to anyone and will continue to return. And yes, the truck is currently in the shop for some additional work (car vs garage) and you guessed it, the garage won. We made a suggestion as to a frequent punch card for returning customers-such as- get 5 repairs get one free or discount or ???? Again, Great experience and long term customer! Thanks again!

I was referred to Gerber Collision by my insurance company after a dumpster rolled away in a wind storm a hit my parked Jeep. I took my vehicle in and received very friendly service from the front desk clerk. She gave me an estimated time of two days and the vehicle was done within that time. The repairs were excellent and I or my father (a former car painter and body man) can not even tell were the damage was.

I was first acquainted with Gerber service and quality in 2004 following an unfortunate accident, and again recently after another accident. I have been consistently pleased and impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, quality and efficiency of service. I feel like I am driving a new car! I have recommended Gerber to many friends and colleagues, and wouldn't even consider another collision center. Gerber also worked very efficiently with my insurance and had rental easily available.
