I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received at this location. My Prius was hit by a pickup truck on the passenger side. Gerber fixed it in 4 days and even washed and cleaned the inside of my car after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and Alexis and Claire (who called me every day to apprise me of the progress on my car).

Excellent service and an excellent experiance. I would recommend this facilty I went to to any family or friends that needed a repair to their vehicle. My vehicle was completed in under a week and looks like it came off the showroom floor. I would like to commend Andrea at the norwood park location for her customer service skills, I worked in retail/sales for a long time and she has some of the best customer service skills I have ever come across. I would also like to commend my collision advisor if it were not for his knowledge and customer service I probably would have taken my vehicle else-where not realising what I was about to pass up. He was a great advisor and made the choice very easy after the estimate was completed.

Excellent service. 3 day repair quoted but finished in 2 days. Front end damage incurred from flying tire debris on interstate. I was very concerned about paint matching with the mettalic paint on my vehicle, but Andrea Molina assured me it would not be and issue. It was an outstanding match and I couldn't be happier.

My car was flooded in my parking garage during the last big rain storm. Gerber replaced my carpeting, tested the electrical system with the dealer, cleaned my seats and put the air freshener through the vest system. I have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and I can't tell there was anything water damage. Everyone at Gerber was helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.

My neighbor walks her dogs every morning. I say hello she smiles, one day she says hey we could fix your front bumper cover cheap, i said my wife did that the first month we bought it i'm use to it and we both laughed, a week later i ask her where she works cause now i really need my vehicle fix someone hit me and its american family she said, get the estimate and she will fix the frt cvr for free. well they did i'm so happy with gerber and andi thank you Mercin Synied

My car looks better now than it did before it was damaged. I expected my door and fender to be fixed, however I didn't expect to find my car/trunk to be cleaned inside and out. It's like I just bought a new car, even has new car smell. Great job

I couldn't be more happy with the service I got at your Norwood Park branch. During the Winter while Barb was driving her new Tahoe a chunk of ice blew off a truck and dented the hood. So I went to Gerber which is in the neighborhood and got an estimate. During that time Barb had knee replacement so I could not come in for the repair because we needed the Tahoe for transportation, it was just eaiser for Barb to get in and out of the car. It's now been eight weeks and I was able to take the Tahoe in for repair. I just picked up the Tahoe and what a nice job they did on the hood. The important item is that they matched up the paint perfectly, the car was ready on time and Barb was happy also, the entire staff was very friendly .
