Alexis Santana was my estimator. He was very helpful with my car repair. He spotted damage missed from another accident. He put in extra time/work to direct me in contacting the insurance and body shop responsible for the previous accident to have the issue resolve. Gerber did a great shop fixing the damage on my bumper. Alexis was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Alexis and Gerber to people in the future. Great service!

"Hello, I have been dealing with Gerber at the Norwood Park location for all my repair work. Since my auto insurer is State Farm,Gerber has a good relationship with them. My last time there(many times) i worked with auto damage adjuster,Andi Molina who i had worked with before.I would recommend her and this Gerber location for any body who needs any repair work done.They almost treat me like family (Repete customer)and i have never had any problems with their service.I also want to give a "High Five" to the receptionist Claire,who does a great job and is very personable..
