I had a great experience with gerber when i had to get my car fixed from an accident. Everyone there was extremely friendly. i liked how the atmosphere was very nice. i felt very welcomed. Andrea and Claire (sorry for the misspelling) were try helpful. They provided what i needed with great speed and effectiveness. I would recommend this location as well as Andrea and Claire to anyone who needs to get their car fixed! thanks ladies!!!

From the time I took my Focus in to the time I picked it up I had a very positive experience. Everything was handled very professionally. The information I was given with the estimate was detailed as to what would be done . All personnel were courteous , informative,and answered any of my questions. Recommended by insurance agent, I took the car in for collision repair. The estimator was courteous and efficient in giving me an estimated cost of repairs. While the car was being worked on, I was informed almost on a daily basis via text or phone of the car's progress towards completion. I also appreciated a phone call from the manager when the car was ready. They did an awesome job at repairing the vehicle and cleaning up the interior as well. In addition, none of my personal items in the car was missing after being serviced here. Overall, I am highly satisfied, and I highly recommend their service.

I cannot express my happiness with the care, repair and responseness that was given to me by Andrea Molina and the entire team at this location. Andi was great, professional, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and went out of her way to be helpful. She is truly a asset to Gerber. My car was respaired on time as promised, it was absolutely wonderful, Clean and smelling wonderful.
