I would recomend this location to everyone! They went way beyond what was exspected. They kept me informed on the progress of my suv as it was being fixed. They did a beautiful job and my suv came back cleaner then when I brought it in. Wonderful people to work with.

Customer service I thought was a lost art. I haven't experienced this kind of customer care in a very long time (like the old marshal fields where the customer meant something) I couldn't believe the updates as my car was being worked on from the moment I walked in they treated me as someone special, great feeling. I don't wish to have you service me again because I hope I never have an accident again (LOL) but if I do I would be back in a heartbeat. I will tell all my friends and family on a remarkable company you are and I hope that you can witness how special the personal you have working there. I took my Acura in for repairs on my door locks, prior to this I brought it in for front end damage. After shopping around, asking detailed questions from multiple shops, I knew when I came to Gerber, they were the by far the most helpful, kind and caring staff out there. Tom is the best, sincere, amazing, he is truly genuine, kind and caring, and Handsome :) along with Smiling Andy , love her and of course Israel who will greet you at the door. I sent my friend Lucy to Gerber, She damaged her front bumper after hitting a snow bank last winter, never had it repaired,after she complained to me about all the other places she went to and was very frustrated with them all, She went to Gerber, almost one year later Tom again to the rescue , She called me and thanked me for telling her about Gerber and again raved about Tom and his staff. ... read more

A Big thank-you to all of you for making my car look brand new. Concetta was so wonderful, she was kind caring and genuine and very accommodating. She made sure I was completely satisfied ,especially when it came to a rental car to be completely paid for when my car took a little longer than expected. What was also great , they kept me informed via phone calls Tom and the rest of the staff were extremely wonderful and genuine as well pleasant to talk to and work with, I recently gave a referral to a friend and heard she had an estimate and decided to work with you.:) I will continue brag about how wonderful you all are. The team at this Gerber is fantastic! Everyone greets you with a smile, which helps cause when you need their services you aren't always in a great mood. The service goes above and beyond for their customers. My car was done BEFORE promised, how often do you see that happen? They communicate whats going on with your car as they repair it. I cant say enough about this Gerber, I highly recommend them.
