The service team that handled my claim were very professional and courteous throughout the process. Tom and Angie were accommodating to all of my phone calls as I was calling a lot for updates. This is my second vehicle that I have had auto body repair work done on and I would definitely go back to this location if needed and would refer my friends to go there for repair work. The body on my car was repaired to like new condition and they even buffed out a few extra scuff marks near the damaged areas. It took a couple of days more than I would have preferred to have the work completed but well worth the wait!

I loved this place. The facility was clean, warm , and inviting. The employees were friendly. They explained the repair process in full detail. The car was repair before the estimated time. SHE TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN ENSURING THAT REPAIR PARTS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND THST THE JOB WAS COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY. WHEN A REPLACEMENT WHEEL ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, CONCETTA REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT AND REQUIRED THAT A NEW ONE BE SENT.
