Car was dinged on the side by a bad driver parking and keyed by a kid at the park. This was an expense I didn't expect. Scott walked me through the claims process and fixed the car. They even buffed out a scratch unrelated to the event. Car looks brand new. I am treating it that way even parking farther in the lots. My car even sent emails telling me the progress and that it was having a good time being repaired. They did what was estimated for and did it right.

I was treated wonderfully from the moment I went to get the estimate , email updates, text updates and phone calls from the Technician. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for a professional shop to bring their auto to. Scott Berg was the Tech and told me it would be about a week and with additional damage found it only took 3 days! When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that he wasn't there anymore and was promoted to General Manager of another! I wish you the BEST!

I am so Thankful for the whole staff at the Crystal Lake location. Friendly, professional and always followed up on time. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. I also want to apologize to the staff, when my car got to their site I was under stress from the accident I had and was not very nice to them, they all were very comprehensive about my situation.
