Great experience! The work was done very well, delivered before the promised date, and at a great price! The staff should be commended for their courteous and helpful attitudes. I hope that I will not need their services again in the near future, but if I do, this Gerber location will be my first choice. Gerber is also the first choice of my insurance company - the Hartford.

I was exremely pleased wtih the service of the people & the quality of the work on my car. The work was completed even before promised! They also set up for me a car rental who met me at Gerber making this experience even more convenient. The damage was fixed perfectly & they even cleaned my car before returning it to me. I would highly recommend them for repairs!

I want to say thanks to Scott Behm who has helped me several times over the last year with my cars. He is truly a Professional who cares about the customer and the customer experience. My most recent visit wwas today. A tree branch Scratched the passenger side of my car. He looked at it immediately and said it could be buffed out. They were able to take me Right away and within 15 minutes my car was looking brand new and I was ready to go. My experience got even better. When I Asked for the bill, I was told there was no charged. Wow!!! Thank you Scott for creating such a pleasant and memorable experience, Thank you Keith for doing such a great job on my car! You two rock! I'll be coming back for years to come...you Can count on it! Car!

Great customer service from Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake. Dropped off my car Saturday morning, picked it up after work on Wednesday (as promised) - car looks great! Accidents are not fun but this could not have been an easier, stress-free process! I was kept in the loop the entire time via phone calls and texts. I was so thankful to Scott Behm on my recent trip to Gerber in Crystal Lake. Both my husband and I have had repair work done on our vehicles at this facility. My recent trip to Gerber was due to paint transfer to my bumper from the trim surrounding my garage door. Got a little too close. Not only was Scott able to remove the rather large white area from my dark navy bumper he did it for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised and elated that he removed every bit of paint and I did not have to pull out my credit card. I went in for an estimate on some minor damage because we had a good experience on another automobile a few years ago, and Scott Behm, the estimator, brought out a tool and fixed my driver-side door so it would open for me. He was also prepared to take it to the back and have it buffed out for me on the spot. Wow, I really was thinking this was going to be an $800+ expense, and 2 days without a car, but Scott fixed me right up and sent me on my way. Thank you Scott! Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake will be my first choice when the need arises on any of my cars.
