My experience with the Gerber located Crystal Lake IL, has been mostly positive. It was less than a year my car was in, due to an accident and now again for a tree hitting my car in a wind storm. I want to thank the young women Carie W. for being so kind, attentive and respectfully to me through this whole ordeal, of dealing with the emotionally aspect of the tree landing on my car while driving down the road. The insurance company will pay won't pay dilemma and the various glitches in the repair of my vehicle. Carie happen to come in to work, on her day off (which was very busy that day, since the day before we had severe wind storms). The girl at the desk was swamped with phone calls and people coming in and stated the estimator schedule was filled and was not sure that he would be able to look at my car. Carie immediately said it was ... not a problem and that she would be happy to look at my car. As I have stated she was empathic, thoughtful, considerate and respectfully. I would also like to than the young man Joe (who must have recently started). Joe was the one who went through the check list on my car, and assisted me in removing my things from the rental car to my car. Joe was exceedingly, considerate and respectfully. Enoch is extremely fortunate General Manager, to have several wonderful employees. My recommendation for the Gerber is extremely high. I had another super experience at this facility. Scott was the estimator, and Nick was handling the repair. I can not say enough about the quality of service and the professionalism of both employees. I would recommend Gerber in Crystal Lake to anyone needing first rate automobile body repair. I just picked up my repaired car from Gerber and it may sound weird but, I feel pampered and cared for! First, I never waited any more than 5 minutes for any of my visits to the office. The followup via text and personal phone calls were very helpful when planning my week. The front office staff were clear and informative regarding future car care since there was painting done. My car looks fantastic!! And it was detailed to perfection (insert pampered). When I took off I notice a reusable Gerber Collision & Glass bag filled with Gerber Goodies (insert pampered). I thought Moms were the only ones that did stuff like that. Thanks Gerber Collision & Glass for my first repair experience being so nice.

Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake, IL did an excellent body repair on my car after a rear-end collision. They are real experts who quoted accurately in terms of parts needed, where to source from and the labor time that would be required. They were also very friendly and professional, providing updates often and completing the job well before the estimated completion date.
