I had a "brush up" on the back and side of my brand new BMW that left white paint on the side of the car over a slight indentation. Gary W. looked at the car and had one of your guys take the paint off the car while I waited so that we could better see the indentation and decide what repairs needed to be done. I ended up deciding not to do anything since the indentation was very slight. I was so pleased that Gary was empathetic with my situation, he did not try to "sell" me on the repair, but instead made me feel very fortunate that I chose Gerber as the place to stop. I have worked with you before for too many repairs over the years (4 drivers, many cars), so I will continue to use Gerber when we have a problem. Thanks to Gary for making my day!

I contacted Gerber after I filed a claim with my insurance company. My rear window needed replacement as well as the wiper/motor assembly. The girl at the desk (Anna) was very helpful in coordinating the glass (glass division) replacement charges and the wiper replacement (collision division) in a polite and efficient manner. She also contacted the insurance company for expenses to be paid after my deductible of 500.

Amazing work and we're very quick!! Anna made the wait less stressful and very easy. I didn't have to do anything except give the claim number and she took care of the rest. Really great customer service

It took longer and was more costly than the initial estimated suggested. I did not personally pick up the car, but if I had I would have told them there was still a small amount of extraneous paint on the front bumper leftover from the accident. Overall, the workmanship was good (4 out of 5) and the front desk was very kind (5 out of 5).
