Incredible service. Questions were answered immediately. Text updates meant I didn't even need to check on repair process. When a scratch was seen on a replaced part upon delivery of the vehicle, it was replaced the next day and the car was detailed. I couldn't have asked for better or more responsive service. I would be happy to go back to Gerber and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great people. QUALITY work. Mine was just a "fender bender" but it was at a place where curves and angles all came together. It was made like new. Very happy. Car was cleaner INSIDE and out than when I brought it in. State Farm's policy holder hit my car. State Farm was very good also. And my insurance agent (who is an independent agent representing Grange) recommended Gerber; she had work done there.

The experts at Gerber Collision and Glass did a fantastic job of replacing and painting my bumper after a rear end collision on my '97 Saturn. They worked with the insurance company's estimate, were helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and even provided the rental car since Enterprise has an office right at the facility. I'm very happy with the repair, and will recommend this facility to anyone who needs work performed on their vehicle.

Terrific service, couldn't have asked for nicer individuals to work with. Offered to take me home when I dropped the vehicle off and called to ask if I needed pick up service when the vehicle was ready. Also arranged to take to interior car cleaning service and had the interior cleaned for me. The repair was awesome, never know anything happened. I had three estimates and chose Gerber more for the way I was treated when I came in, not so much the cost difference from the other two estimates. Will definitely refer to family and friends when/if needed. Thank you!!

There was a delay of a day in getting parts. but the man that did the estimate was very professional. The clerk that checked me out was pleasant and the Asst Mgr. that delivered the car to me answered all of my questions. he was very knowledgable and personable. i would reccommend Gerber to anyone.

I had a minor accident with damage to my right rear bumper. Gary told me that the scratches could be buffed out and no claim was needed. Ten minutes later, they delivered the car to me and you couldn't tell I'd had any issue. No charge, either! Tremendously impressed. I was incredibly impressed with the care and service I received from Gerber Collision in Downers Grove!! In particular, I was very impressed with Gary Wilmoth, who managed my case, and the young lady at the front desk who checked me in and out. Gary was very thorough, calm and reassuring. He kept me informed all along the way and facilitated a rapid and yet thoroughly complete repair process, including unexpected discoveries once the bumper was removed. The repair service was remarkably speedy, and yet my car looks brand new! Gary was professional and personable - a hard combination to find just about anywhere these. Everyone one was very professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service. Gerber should look to better brand its image in the public. I had no idea that the company function at this high level, that it guaranteed its work product for life, or that you could go to any store for follow-up work. Perhaps you could have JD Power & Associates or Consumer Reports or other reporting agency review your company to get the Gerber story out to the public.

The Gerber shop did an excellent job with my car. My car absolutely looks like new and it's impossible to tell that the car was damaged at all in the first place. Also, the staff was very professional, explained everything well, and accommodated my scheduling needs for the repair. There's really nothing else I could have asked for in this work.

I just picked up my car on the date promised and couldn't be more pleased with the work Gerber did. Not only did the job take the number of days promised but it is in far better shape than when I dropped it off, INSIDE and out!!! This firm seems to have good working relationships with offsite vendors and their own experts enabling them to live up to the promises made and make their customers happy. I will never have to think twice about who to call if and when I need collision repairs again.
