Their service was far and away the best that I have ever experienced, not just for collision repair, but overall customer service. From the minute that I drove into their shop until the moment that I picked up my car I felt like I was the most important customer that they had. They gave me a fast and detailed estimate, set up a repair time that suited my schedule, and even arranged for a car rental. I wanted to commend your staff on a job well done! The customer service displayed by your staff was exemplary as well as the quality of the work in the body shop. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do I will certainly use the Downers Grove Gerber again. I won't hesitate to recommend then to others.

The service I received at Gerber was incredible. Not only did they work with the bus company of the bus that hit me to work out payment, they took care of the car rental, kept me updated by text message, finished the repairs early, cleaned my car for me, and did great work as well! It was a great experience when I was really dreading having to get it done. Jessica was especially helpful in working with the bus company and keeping me informed. I was really impressed by the service I received. Thank you so much!

This location provided excellent service when my husband's car was involved in a collision several years ago. Repair was performed beautifully and dealing with insurance was a breeze. Since we were so pleased I brought in a piece from our futon that required welding to see if there was any chance they could help me. They were very helpful and did not even charge me for the welding job! Excellent personnel and service - Thanks!

These guys are awesome! They made it a breeze to get an estimate, hop in a rental car, and they had my car ready within the estimated window. They did a terrific job on the body work, and were thorough with all details regarding the repairs and service. Don't hesitate to go see Gerber on Ogden, they will be my 'go-to' in the future.

My experience with Gerber personnel, start to finish, was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and amazingly sincerely customer-focused. USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise have a well-oiled process in place that makes everything so smooth and effortless for the customer. The repairs were top notch, of course, as well. Finding this kind of focus on customer satisfaction is, sadly, not the norm these days. But it is at Gerber (and USAA and Enterprise)! Special kudos to Tim and Josh....well done, gentlemen!!
