"Gerber did an excellent job making extensive repairs to this rear-ended Cadillac DeVille. We were getting a real runaround from our insurance company and they seemed to be "changing the rules" over and over again. We did not trust them making decisions about our car or our title to it. When I called Gerber for help and explanations the excellent Jessica put me in touch with Gary Wilmoth, and he was able to help me analyze the situation and tell me what was going on with the insurance company. I trusted him immediately. He gave me a very good suggestion on how, for the time being, to take control of the repair from the insurance company and make our own decisions. Excellent service, called every day letting me know the status of my car and when I picked it up it was completely cleaned inside and out. I was reluctant to use Gerber and wanted to use a shop that I had work done at in the past but a friend of mine had a great experience with Gerber a few months ago and I'm glad I listened. I will use Gerber for all of my repair work from now on.

I had a great experience. they were quick to assist me, very legit and professional. I was most surprised by how fast they were.both times-for my estimate (i walked in) and the turn around time for them to call me to set up an appointment. I was told to come in on a tuesday anytime of the day. i came in at 2:30pm, and though it was later in the day, they told me to have a seat and they would take care of my car...and only waited 0 mins! Very happy with the service and will come back (if I ever have to!) and will refer to my friends. Thanks!

Gary was my service technician. He's great. He recognized me from previous times that I've been in the shop. Also, we had minor scratches on our Toyota 4Runner, and they appeared to require buffing out. Gary immediately took the truck to the shop and within 15 minutes, my husband's beloved truck was void of its scratches. Thanks to Gary, my husband will be a happy guy once again! Thanks.

Gerber was very fast an efficient and they kept me updated on the status of my car. One worker offered to stay late to see if my car could get finished quicker.Also, they are very thorough! Had they not done one last sweep over my car, I would've been driving on a damaged axel! Thank you Gerber.
