I had repairs done to my car that was damaged in an accident in April. I was able to get an appointment for the estimate on the day that I called Gerber, and the work was done promptly, and completed on the day promised. The damage was a bit more extensive than first estimated, but I was notified of that situation. The car looked good,was clean, and properly repaired. I have told State Farm, my insurance carrier, that I was pleased with the service provided.

She took great care to gather my information and explain the process that would get me back into my Jeep. She called each day to let me know where my Jeep was in the process. I received wonderful service from Ed at the Downers Grove location. Shortly after getting my car worked on I started smelling gas/fumes in the car, especially when the car was sitting idle. When I called and spoke with Ed he suggested I bring the car right in so he could take a look. When her first looked at my car, he wasn't able to find anything wrong with the exhaust, but I insisted there was truly something wrong wtih my car. He kept looking and finally found that when I had recently gotten an oil change, the oil change place did not replace the oil cap properly and there was oil sputtering on my engine, causing the smell. Ed was nice enough to check and see if I needed oil and the manager of the front of the house suggested I have the engine cleaned to prevent dust build up. My car came in shortly after a hit and run accident, which caused damage to the front quarter panel on the driver side and prevented the door from opening on my Kia Rio. It wasn't driveable before it got to Gerber's. After getting fixed, I can't recognize where my car was hit and it drives better than it did before the accident. Thank you so much for your time and the great work you did on my Rio. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had my car in for repairs for an accident which the other party was paying for. Gerber did a great job with the repairs, with explaining everything to me, and with keeping me updated. It was also very convenient regarding the Enterprise rental car. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.

We are very pleased with the repair that Gerber provided on our 2001 Lincoln continental. The car looks as good as new, and we know that even though the frame was distorted, it has been restored to it's original position and is safe to drive.
