The people at Gerber are outstanding! Every single person I had contact with was professional and genuine. It is rare to find this level of customer service. The workmanship is excellent. I was told my car would be ready on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was ready on 12/17. I had only brought it in a few days earlier. Amazing! I would never take my car anywhere but Gerber. They are the best!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Rick Koestner's team at Gerber. I happened upon this particular shop a couple years ago because it is a preferred provider for my insurance company, USAA. Since then, I have had two occasions to need repairs, and both times I didn't think twice about bringing my cars to Rick. In fact, I referred a neighbor several months ago, and he was also delighted with the service. I hope I don't ever need collision repairs again, but if I do I will have them performed here.

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision, and I'm impressed! I selected Gerber from Allstate's list of approved shops and they made dealing with the insurance and car rental pain-free. Not only did they do a beautiful job replacing my bumper, they also buffed out some unrelated scratches...at no extra charge! I have a few other areas that need body work on my car and will definitely consider returning to Gerber.
