I highly recommend the Gerber Green Bay shop (and the company itself happens to have an excellent reputation, also). Rob is a warm, honest, thoughtful person who is very skilled in the business of evaluating and repairing damaged cars. He and Rachel, his assistant, are easy to work with and seem to be very caring people. My car sustained more than $5,000 worth of damage (from someone slamming into it in the middle of the night near my apartment), and Rob and his mechanics fixed every piece of it and more. I love this car and am delighted to have it back -- in excellent shape.

I want your corporate office to know I received outstanding service from the manager of your Evanston Gerber outlet. I had had a minor traffic accident where my front bumper hit a taxi’s rear bumper. The damage to the taxi, State Farm determined was less about $340. Mr. Woodcock took a cloth and wiped some white powder from the taxi’s rear bumper on my front bumper, and said there was no additional damage. He did not charge me for the work which took perhaps 5 minutes. He could have suggested some big inspection and additional costs as some body shops might do, but he was honest with me and said there is nothing else to do. I had always been a customer of Rick at M & D Auto before Gerber bought his business. He always was straight forward with my family on repairs, as was Mr. Woodcock. I had an accident and brought my car to the Gerber shop in Evanston. The customer service was great...the car took longer to repair than had been anticipated and they extended the free rental by a couple of days to accommodate. It was very much appreciated!

Rob and his crew at this new Gerber shop are just fantastic. He and the work done were highly professional, always on time, always did what was promised, and always very friendly and accommodating. The work done on the car was perfect, and the detailing to clean the car inside and out was superb. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Rob and his team at the Evanston, Il. location were great. They were friendly and efficent. The bumper that was order for the repair work, came in and was flawed. A second bumper was ordered, painted and installed. And I got a car wash to boot!!

Just went to your place on Green Bay Rd. Phenomenal Service! Not only did Rob manage to calm me down and stop my tears, he followed me back to Gerber in case my bumper fell off again! My car now looks great - it hasn't been this clean since I bought it!

I brought in my 2001 ML320 for accident repairs and I was more than happy with the job. You guys are awesome!!!. The one thing that blew my mind was that I accidentally dropped $50 on the side of the drivers side seat and to my surprise, the money was given back to me upon me picking up my car. Thanks to the honest and knowledgeable people at Gerber. I am forever grateful!!!!

I brought my car in to be buffed on the hood as drippings from our condo garage had damaged it. The location had been owned by someone for a long time who retired and sold his business to Gerber. When I brought it in the manager was friendly and charged me nothing for the buff job. The car looks great. I will be back again and tell my friends that the new owner is as good as the guy we all had gone to for years
