Gerber's customer service and quality of work in excellent. Our minivan looks as good as new after they fixed collision damage on the bumper and rear tail light. I came back to Gerber a few days later with a a problem in the driver side window that ended up being caused by a Toyota recall issue. Rob and his team fixed it for free with no questions asked - that is great customer service!

Rain water was seeping into my car from under the dashboard. The folks at Gerber (Evanston, IL) repaired the problem in a timely fashion. I found the folks at Gerber to be friendly and courteous and they took the time to explain the cause of the problem. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fact that my auto was given a car wash. I would definitely recommend Gerber (Evanston) to my associates.

I had some minor paint and body damage after a collision. It was my first accident, so I didn't really know what to expect. They were recommended by my insurance company and were close to public transportation, so I decided to go with them. I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. Their customer assistance was excellent as well--very friendly! They also finished the work within 3 days, which was much appreciated. Heaven forbid I have another car accident, but I would definitely go back to Gerber if that were to happen.

The repair was beautifully done, and below the estimate! But what was really nice was how they didn't simply clean the door and fender where work was done, they washed the whole car and VACUUMED THE INTERIOR. Holy cow, how nice! We were sorry to say goodbye to M & D Auto, and didn't think a chain that bought them out could compare. We are beyond pleased.

I was in an accident on my roadtrip here from RI. I had no contacts in Evanston and took my car here by word of my Insurance company (which isn't always the best) After just over 2 weeks my ca was returned in near mint condition! I had never seen it so white! On top of that the crew here gave me some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. One of the guys left me with a great list of all of the best restaurant in Chicago and Evanston and a website to check more out on! I instantly felt welcome here.
