Gerber on Greenbay has done bodywork on my Toyota Highlander twice over the past 18 months. Both times they have done an excellent job--no evidence whatsoever of the damage. AND--they were great @ accommodating my schedule, promptly and accurately quoted the job, called me midway through w/ an update--and even got done earlier that expected. But what really made me smile when I picked it up was that they cleaned it inside & out--all sparkly clean! Both times! I have highly recommended them to friends, & will continue to do so. It's refreshing to find someone who does What they say, When they say--and RIGHT the 1st time.

Estimator Peter Sadalski was very kind, courteous, and professional. He provided me with an estimate to repair rust spots on my Mercedes SUV. He also taped my side mirror back together for no charge, and removed a liquid stain on my hood, also for no charge. I live in the neighborhood and will definitely consider highly the Gerber location in Evanston on Green Bay Road for my collision repairs, thanks to Peter's great service. Thanks Peter!

I was quite impressed by the thorough estimates (2 choices of product), the efficiency of the estimator, and the fast turn-around of the installation of my side-view mirror. I compared this with an estimate from a neighborhood repair shop and was amazed at how much lower the Gerber price was. No complaints here!

John Liscovitz and the rest of the staff at this Gerber were extremely hard working and accommodating. When Allstate, the insurance company of the person who hit my Honda tried to nickel and dime us, John and Gerber were having none of it. Liscovitz went to bat for me and couldn't have done a better job. Not only was my car done well, it was done quickly. Hopefully I will stay out of collisions but if not, I will certainly return to Gerber and John Liscovitz.

I had small chips on my car from commuting during the winter (salt). I purchased the touch-up paint and Gerber applied it on the car where it was needed. The car looks great! And this was a service they did at no charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great service you provided.

Staff was very personable and always available. All my questions were handled promptly. I was updated several times during the week by phone. The work was very well done; in addition, the car had been washed, and the interior vacuumed. Added value!

I was very impressed with the professional service I received at Gerber. They handled all of the correspondence with the Insurance Company, arranged a rental vehicle, and finished the repairs quickly. It was hassle free and they did a great job!
