I am very pleased with the car repair service I received from Jack & his team at Gerber Collision & Glass. They explained the damage and estimated repairs and kept me informed of the status of my car repair. I am very pleased my car was repaired sooner than expected and they explained the final repairs. I sincerely appreciated that they polished my headlights and tires, too. I would definitely recommend this location for their customer service and repair excellence. Safeco Insurance is the driver of the accident's insurance and not my insurance.

Anytime your in an accident and need repairs it is always a stressful situation. Thankfully this was my first time with this experience. Gerber made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. My initial visit with George for an estimate was quick, and well explained. My car was ready ahead of time and was absolutely perfect inside and out. My husband picked it up for me and told me it looked better than it ever had, and that maybe he should get in an accident so his car could look so good!

Great service all the way. Estimate took only minutes and I was on my way. Having missed my first appointment I faced a 2 week wait. George called right back and said he could get me in in just 2 days. I left the car anticipating a 3 or 4 day job- but to my surprise they finished it up that same day, on budget and looking great. they even washed the car and tidied up the interior. Excellent and fast service- not many can beat that. Thank you!

George N. went above and beyond, not only to explain the service process and accommodate my schedule, but also to take the liberty to address a blemish on my front fender which was not included in my estimate. What a pleasant surprise I received when I picked up my car, well ahead of the promised completion time! Gerber collision did an incredible job on my Honda 2007 CRV. When I brought it to get it fixed from an accident they got me in and out quickly. They were also able to point out all of the damage that needed to be repaired. During the process of fixing it, they kept me updated with the status of what was going on, which was very helpful in terms of timing. When I went to pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. They not only fixed the necessary areas, they detailed it so it looked clean and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.
