I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your Gerber Collision Evanston location. I was recently rear ended and State Farm recommended I use your services for the repair to my 2010 Mini Cooper. Nobody wants to bring there car into a repair shop, ever, but I had such a terrific experience dealing with your staff that it made the whole experience as least painful as possible. Jack S., Rachel S. and MJ (I don't have his last name), were wonderful. Rachel and MJ were a pleasure to work with and they seemed to really care about me and my car repair. Jack consistently went above and beyond. I was so impressed with the service Jack and the team provided, I would definitely return for future auto needs as well as recommend your company to my friends, family and co-workers. You have great people at the Evanston , IL location!

Calvin was gfreat. We stopped in for a quote to frearrange the bumper 9 (wife hit a cement bumper in parking lot). But Calvin got one of his workers to epoxy the bumper back into position at no charge! (I have had same car's rear bumper fixed twice at this location.

Two months after buying my car, someone swiped the front bumper in a parking lot, leaving scorches of white paint on my black car. Calvin took a look and removed most of the paint in 10 minutes and then said to come in the following week and he'd have the scratches buffed out. How much? $0. This place has a great vibe. The employees are super friendly and all seem to enjoy their jobs. I'm grateful for the complimentary quick fix. Thank you, Calvin! You're the best!

I have to say that not only the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 were done exceptionally , but Rachel S. was very exceptional to work with also. She listens well but is very quick as well as knowledgeable. Even when the window glass they received was defective, she called me promptly to tell me in a very courteous manner. I recently pulled the bottom of the bumper off of my car when it was caught on a curb. A minor problem but I could not drive my car and was stranded away from home. I was able to get to the Gerber location in Evanston and they kindly took care of my car on the spot and sent me on my way. They were courteous, competent and kind. What could have been a major inconvenience for me turned into a really pleasant experience because of their response.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber. Initially suggested to me by my insurance company, the estimate was handled promptly and proved to be accurate. Repairs were as promised, when promised. I was especially impressed with the help of the personnel on billing, as I decided whether to pay for the repairs myself or to engage my insurance coverage. I was also impressed by the "hometown" feel of the facility--friendly, helpful, down-to-earth people--despite the shop's status as part of a very large corporate enterprise with hundreds of facilities around the country.

Thank you for your excellent customer service and top quality work to restore my car to a condition and appearance I thought was not possible due to my having to pay out of pocket for these repairs. Your staff treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy from the moment I entered your facility, while the work was completed and when I picked up my car. My car is an older model and the results from the accident caused me a great amount of stress because of the appearance of the damage, the cost to fix these damages and my concern that it would be a diificult challenge for any collision center to work on an older car and create an acceptable appearance.
