The service I received was excellent, from start to finish. The agent explained to me very clearly what the damage to my car was. I was able to schedule the repair at a time that was convenient for me. the employees in the office were very courteous and helpful at all times. The repair was completed on time, and the car looks great, I would grade Gerber an A plus!!!

I came into the shop with a unique problem and the staff and technicians came up with the best solution for my needs. From the first phone call to the time I picked up my car the everyone was remarkable - the women running the front office in particular were extremely helpful and friendly. Having one's car out of commission can be a stressful ordeal but everyone here helped to lessen the blow and I knew I was in good hands. The women that dealt with me met me immediately as I walked in. She was courteous and knew her stuff. She brought me out to inspect the repair. She gave me instructions on what to do as far as washing the repaired bumper with the new paint. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.
