I was waiting at the counter to pick up my car and Samantha Kita was handling a very obnoxious customer. My observation of her was that she was extremely professional under the duress that the situation might have caused her. She spent an enormous amount of time with that customer and was apologetic to me as I was waiting. She took care of me during a "lax" in time with the other client and was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very courteous and professional. I was in and out quickly both on vehicle drop off and pick up. My estimator Hieu kept me updated on my vehicles status daily which was appreciated.

I have been extremely happy with the costumer service and results of my car. Each employee knew me by name, communicated with my insurance company and rental car company, updated me daily about the progress of my car and produced quality results. Awesome! I was a walk-in and it wasn't a long wait to get someone to help me. Al fixed my car quickly and was really nice about explaining what was wrong (since I know nothing about cars). I'm coming here next time I need my car fixed :)

Everything was on time - actually a day early - and I was kept informed throughout the entire process via text which was how I would prefer. The works looks good and I would come back here (although I hope not right away) if I ever needed body work again.
