I had scraped against a paint curb and had a paint transfer on my bumper. I had called a couple other places before calling Gerber, and Gerber was the only one who was friendly and professional. Mark helped me during my appointment; he was patient and attentive to what I wanted done with the car. Originally, he said I may have to wait a few days to get it fix, but then he brought out a cloth and solution and was able to get the paint removed in less than five minutes. I had an amazing experience and will be back again!

We our very impressed with the professionalism and meticulous work performed by Gerber in Glenview. Hieu Le has assisted us with a number of mishaps we've encountered over the last few years with our Toyota, Mercedes, and Corvette. Always friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgable, Hieu instills confidence when we drop off a car that it will be returned to us in perfect condition. We visit Gerber more frequently than we'd like, and Hieu always greets us with a friendly professionalism that makes these visits less painful..

Mark did an excellent job keeping me updated with the status of my Yukon 2009 that was being repaired. It was at Gerber for 2 weeks and he called almost daily letting me know when it would be done. I am VERY impressed with Gerber and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a collision repair.
