Oh My Gosh! When I picked up my car it was so Awesome! My husband had passed away and put a KONA sticker on the back of the car where all the repairs were made. Not only did the repair look AWESOME-they replaced the sticker!!! I was looking on-line for that exact sticker-nowhere to be found. The car was clean-inside and out. It was so beautiful, I thought I had a new car and its 11 years old. Hugh was great, the girl at the front desk so nice, personable and professional. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am. The repair was PERFECT, I mean PERFECT!! Thank you. . Thank you to everyone. Hugh handled the rental -extended days with Travelers, before he called me. While having your auto in for repair is not a pleasant experience, I cannot say enough good things about your company and the professional handling of the entire job....making for a pleasant experience. From the estimate to the delivery everything was outstanding. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional and Hieu Le did a tremendous job: polite, informative and professioanl. Once my car was in the shop, Hieu did a great job in keeping me informed of the work and time line. You are very fortunate to have Hieu as an employee.....a tremendous asset to your firm.

The woman at the front desk (Tania) was also professional, but very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I have had to use Gerber Collision in Glenview on Lehigh 4 times in the past 3 years! I have to say that the service is the best! From the front desk to the estimator, everything has been great! Every time I pick up my car, it is super clean! Hieu Le is very professional and great at communicating with me every step of the way!
