My experience with Gerber, in Glenview, was excellent!!! Hieu made the entire process enjoyable. My husband and I both really appreciated the customer service and daily updates on the status of our car. We will be coming to Gerber in the future for any repairs. Excellent service!

Great painless repair. The work done was for hail damage repair. My car had way more dents and dings in it than I originally saw. Fortunately all the work was covered under comprehensive insurance. Car drop off was easy - got a ride home since I didn't need a loaner car. The work was eyeballed to take about three days. Middle of the first day got a call, there were parts to order and they were shooting for three days completion. I got nice text messages once a day giving me progress updates (they turned out to be super accurate and I got a good laugh over two of them). Work was completed exactly on time. The text message thing worked out fantastic, we were on our way out the door when the text came in - simple matter to drop by and pick up the car. Picking up was excellent. The car was ready. Even though I said, no need to go over the ... car, they insisted that we look at it carefully. Really glad I did, because the work was so darn great. I must have had 30 hail dents and three pieces of car body replaced. My car is just over a month old, and it looked like brand new. I remembered where the biggest dents were, there was absolutely no trace of the dents or the repair. Fantastic job. Yes, I will use Gerber again. They did an outstanding job. read more

I am a returning customer. I first came to Gerber because of your relationship with my insurance company. Now, I use Gerber regardless of whether my insurance company is covering the cost of the repair. In fact, I elected to pay my own deductible up-front in a recent incident, eventhough the other party's insurance was responsible for covering the cost of repair because I wanted Gerber to do the work. I am THAT confident in the service provided at your Lehigh location. I have now worked with Hieu twice and Andy (who I am convinced is the best painter ANYWHERE) three times. DO NOT LET HIM EVER LEAVE, PLEASE! I have two teenage drivers in my family! We will be back!

Mark was extremely helpful at all times and the facility went out of their way to get my car ready in time so I did not have to pay for another day car rental which I was not sure the individual would pay for

Outstanding experience! My husband had an accident (black ice) and wrecked the front end of his 2008 Avalon. We chose Gerber because it was closes to our home. We were delighted by the professional staff from reception to Hieu Lee' our specialist. Communication was OUTSTANDING! We were given friendly, follow up calls and the work was completed three days earlier than estimated. The paper work was straightforward and complete. Everyone was friendly and nice! We are so impressed especially with Hieu Lee. Keep him around--he is the BEST!!! I will recommend Gerber to all my friends and family. If I need ANY work done again, I will not hesitate to use Gerber! I also will contact Farmers with this positive feedback. Thank you for excellent service and a friendly experience!
