I think that Hugh is great. He's a smart guy and is very conscientious. My experience was professional as opposed to what may be the case in your industry in general. I really liked Hugh's updates at the end of each day. I did not anticipate them. I think that Hugh is the exact type of front man you want. I appreciate this because my business is all about relationships and superior experience. My car was fixed swiftly and looks really nice

The customer service I got at Gerber was outstanding. I had no issues, I was called every day with updates and I was informed about everything that was being done to my car. When I came to pick up my car, I have to say it looked great! They did a very good job at repairing everything and buffing out the tar. Hugh was very nice and helped out a great deal. He even stayed late so that I was able to come and get my car.
