I had two small chips on my rear bumper, and I made an appt. at Gerber to find out what I could do to fix them. Hieu Le took a look and offered to touch them up for free, or I could also have the entire bumper repainted. I am having them touched up, and if I decide that the bumper need repainting, this is where I will come. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I will also tell everyone about the service I have received. If I ever do have a collision or need body work, I will definitely come here. I am so surprised and very pleased.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. My car was ready a week early which saved me over $225.00 in rental fees. Tony, the manager kept me informed throughout the process, starting from when my car arrived at Gerber, the estimate, and when my car was ready. He cheerfully and professionally answered all my questions. He also explained the warranties,and various forms and coupons. The technician did a great job putting my car back together and cleaning it up afterward. My car hasn't look this good in a long while. Tony also went the extra mile by finding a new side mirror which I paid for myself as it was from a different incident. It only cost me $76.00 installed whic was a great price! Tony (the estimator) contacted me right away with the estimate. He was clear in his explanation of all the work that needed to be done. He contacted me again when the parts were complete and the work was done. I felt like I was "in the loop" the entire time.
