I am so happy that I chose Gerber Collision and Glass to repair my 2007 Toyota Matrix. The car looks as if it never was involved in an accident. also, the manager Tony and the receptionist Brianna were more than efficient. They were both helpful, kind, and most reassuring. I must admit I didn't expect them to finish the job on my car so quickly and efficiently. I had to go out of town expecting it was going to take 2-3 days, and they were complete after one day. Kudos to Tony Ashmore and his crew for getting the car fixed up and also to their receptionist Briana (sp?) for all of her phone call updates. I was indeed VERY SATISFIED with their work and professionalism!

The appearance of the car exceeded my expectations! I could not believe the cleanliness of the car and the attention to detail. The whole staff was terrific -- very customer-oriented, expecially Tony Ashmore, our Estimator. Tony said it would be done by Friday, and we just picked the car up on Thursday. Thanks again.

Gerber in Glenview is the best body shop I have ever used. Not only are they professional but they provide the best customer service. Samantha and Tony were great. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance policy but they offered to pay for my rental car while my car was in the shop. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their shop on Lehigh in Glenview. Definately use their establishment.
