I wanted to pass on a comment from our VP of Finance Mike Tuvell. Mike's wife had a fender bender and inquired where he should take his wife's car for repair, since he lives in Glenview I told him he had to take it to Gerber in Glenview. Mike informed me that he was very impressed with the repair and service from the Glenview location, the car look like new and the service he received was excellent.

I wanted to take this belated opportunity to thank you for having Tony Ashmore providing service to me last summer. I was extremely pleassed in the manner in which I was treated throughout my experience at Gerber. In every aspect of my time at Gerber, I felt that Tony went the extra mile to be sure I was being taken care of. I actually felt that he was acting as MY advocate rather than Gerber's and felt that he had my best interest as heart throughout the process. If you will look back, you will see that my repair was several months ago. To give you an idea of how I have never forgotten this, I would refer you to that repair date.
