Was extremely happy with the body work after my accident but I had to go back in for an annoying rattle. David was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem....the Jeep dealer two years ago had misplaced my attena after a routine service visit. David discovered the antena this morning. BRILLIANT! The initial repair estimate was a bit on the low side but understandable since there were hidden damages found upon further inspection. Gave the insurance claim number - straight forward direct billing. Repair took about 2 days more than originally estimated which was OK since it was attributed to paint matching and reassembly. Picked up the vehicle in pristine condition exterior and interior. Overall a great no hassle experience from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.

This is my 5th time using Gerber. This time I was in for two small repairs, the front grill of my car, and the rear passenger door hinge. From start to finish I was treated professionally and with respect. Ben, the estimator was friendly and knowledgable and made me feel as if my vehicle would be fixed with no issues and at a fair price. Not only that, the day that I dropped it off for repair, he called me to let me know that they had actually been able to make the original door hinge work OK and gave me the option of not replacing it if I was comfortable with the fact that while it was currently OK it might cause problems down the road. How often does a ship try and save the customer money? I have recommended this shop to friends and family in the past and would do so again in the future!
