I had a fender bender in my Dodge Pro Master and was referred to Gerber by my insurance. After speaking to my estimator, Chris, I decided to move forward with a repair at Gerber. I met the painter, Andrzej, and was sure that my car would be in good hands. I was not disappointed -- Andrzej did a great job repairing all the damage and did an excellent paint job. He's is thorough and professional -- an excellent painted and repairman. My car looks good as new. I highly recommend him!

I brought my car in for a front bumper repair, and could not be happier with the experience. They were extremely flexible with me, letting me drop off my car the day before my appointment. The car was ready for pickup same day as the appointment, and they let me pick it up the next morning. My car also had an unrelated issue with the exhaust hanging low to the ground, and they fixed that without me asking, free of charge! They also cleaned the interior of my car, which was definitely a mess. I highly recommend Gerber for any collision repairs.

Used your collision repair service for my BMW. The technical and professionalism of the staff was beyond my expectations! What was spectacular was the responsiveness of the team at Gerber. I was texted and telephoned regularly from the day I brought my car in for repair until I picked it up when it was completed. Chris, the appraiser, followed the work from day to day and reported back to me, keeping me informed on the progress and the completion expected date. It was reassuring to know that the work was progressing and gave me a sense of comfort, knowing my car was being given the professional attention I hoped for. Thank you for doing a wonderful job of repair and, more importantly, a wonderful sense of knowing I had brought my car to the right people.

The service was great and timely. I was fully informed throughout the entire process. The single best part, the part that motivated me to write this review, was when the young man brought my car out to me. He asked, "What do you think?" and I could tell he was sincerely curious whether I was happy with the work done. I told him it looked brand new and he/they did a great job. The young man then put his hand out to shake mine. If everyone could take as much ownership and pride in their work as that young man, then the world would truly be a better place. You should seriously consider him for a promotion and a generous pay raise.

I had my car repaired at this location, and wanted to compliment the estimator, Ben. Ben provided excellent customer service, and was able to schedule an appointment within a week of me speaking with him. He took the time out to call me to let me know when my car was in the shop being worked on. He also called me one day earlier than my promised return time to let me know that my car would be finished by the end of the day. He was a pleasure to speak and deal with and has exemplary customer service skills and is an asset to Gerber.
