I don't usually do these surveys, but I was so impressed because everyone I came in contact with was genuinely friendly which means they were very courteous too. The car was ready early which was very helpful. It was especially helpful l that I received text messages informing me of the progress of the work.

My repair was done in a very timely manner and they worked around my schedule beautifully. I was out of town when they finished and they were great about storing the car an extra day until I could pick it up. One of my floor mats went missing during the repair and when I brought it to their attention, they looked for it. When it couldn't be found, they ordered a new one for me and I picked it up a few days later. These people go the extra mile to make my experience very smooth and easy. Thanks!!

WOW. Really great service. I've been to other body shops over the years and I assumed they were all the same. Gerber disproved this - they went above and beyond to not only make it look like it did before, but it looked like it came off the showroom floor. They have service down to fine art. From the minute I drove in I was given exceptional service. They explained the repair process and how many days it would take to complete. They worked magic on getting the car completed many days before scheduled time and in perfect condition. Throughout the repair process I received text messages on the repair status.
