My car repair was completed in fewer that 72 hours, so I did not have to go through the hassle of renting a loaner vehicle. Great quality of work on the repair. Accidents are stressful. This company makes the process of recovery of your car as simple as it can possibly be. Just broth my car in on Monday, spent 20 min with adjuster, took some photos and paper work, during this time girls on front desk arranged rental car and I was back to my business. On Wednesday received update re. the progress and received my car back on Friday. Very simple. Reputable name, great service, life time warranty on their work. Very well established business and people are dedicated to Gerber Collision family. Vance, the mechanic-body specialist, probably was plastic surgeon in his previous life-definitely acceded my expectations. I am absolutely happy customer.
