I cannot imagine having a better experience with a body shop. Not only is their work almost perfection, but the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The girls at the front are always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Conchetta, one of the estimators is fabulous. I cannot give a higher recommendation of this Gerber Collision and Glass location. I would never take my car any place else for repairs.

I was in hurry to get out of town for a business trip and Kelly, Amber and Concetta at the Highland Park office expedited the process so that I left with full confidence of getting my car back in greeeeaaat shape. While I was out of town I receive periodic updates as to when my vehicle would be ready, and on my return was shown the same courtesy, and attention that I had from the start. Thank You Gerber.

I am amazed at the outstanding service I have received at Gerber. The staff is young and energetic, well-mannered and well-informed, and very professional. I get the sense that this may be the first or second job for many of the staff members yet they all handle themselves and their business with tip-top professionalism. When I picked up my car today, the front desk attendant was aware of what service had been done, the staff member who oversaw the work quickly showed up to accompany me to my car, and when I got to my car - out of nowhere appeared the staff member I had originally dealt with when I checked in. The employees at this site are A+ , work well together, and make the entire customer satisfaction experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

Great service and communication. Brought my car in late weds and rcvd a text early Friday morning my car was ready. Looked great! Great service with rental car and helping me communicate with them and having my car picked up at Gerber. Will for sure refer all my friends to Gerber for future car needs
