I was very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and resourcefulness demonstrated by the Gerber LaGrange team. They repaired and refinished the rear trunk lid on my classic dark blue Oldsmobile Cutlass. It looks beautiful! They worked closely with their paint supplier to match the original factory color, using the latest "paint technology". Ongoing communication throughout this job was great and I was kept informed of all progress. I noticed a number of other craftsmen in this shop carefully restoring other cars to "like new" condition, with the same attention to detail. I would definitely bring my car back to this facility. Special Thanks to John of Gerber in LaGrange. He solved the problem of getting me to my 1950's High School Reunion after a questionable start. He went so far as to exchange a better fit of rental car to guarantee my safety when traveling. I was and am most appreciative.

Chris, the estimator was great; very efficient and congenial. Lizzy, who manned the front office, was great as well. Gerber has two wonderful representatives in these two. They went out of their way to get my car back quickly (just a little over two days - amazing) and the repair job looks perfect. Thanks to Chris and Lizzy, and the crew I didn't meet, this was a very pleasant expirience. I could not be more pleased.

In July I had body work completed on my Buick. I took car into there LaGrange, Il. shop and was extremely happy with the way I was treated and all the repairs made to my Buick. It look like a new car. They were prompt, honest and very helpful and their work is excellent. Would not hesitate to have work done by them in the future.

"Lizzy" was so pleasant I almost wanted to go right out and get into another accident! The repairs took FAR too long. Unless I'm surprised, what you've done looks perfect. Your vow to pay for rentals once the insurance runs out is appreciated. If I ever have a friend that needs collision or glass, I'll recommend Gerber. I hope I never see you again.

I came to Gerber - La Grange after a very favorable experience with a Gerber facility on North Halsted in Chicago. Now as then, I was treated courteously and most responsively. A technician was waiting for me when I arrived and assessed the repairs. A manager then greeted me and discussed the work to be done. This facility is well organized and is very efficient. "Job white boards" are used to communicate the status of various operations. PPG paints and finishes are used in the restoration process. Earlier in the week, I had my windshield re-sealed (minor leak) and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely return to Gerber for any and all collision and body work.

I brought my wife's van in for an estimate with Romeo, for a non-insurance repair of the front right bumper panel and a few scrapes and scratches. Not only was the van finished earlier than promised, but the shop went above and beyond to buff the whole van of all scratches ... it looks new! Further, the bumper looks great and the panel is back in place. Very pleased with the overall service, thank you!
