These people have a great professional atmosphere going on.They took all the worries out of everything- such as calling right back with the estimate,contacting the insurance,lining up the rental car,prompt work to repair damage and a smile on their face letting you know they appreciate your time and business.Any future work that I need done to my vehicles will definately be done by them.

Customer service was great. Truck looked as good as the day I bought it when I picked it up. And work was done in almost half the time. Gerber worked with Allstate and made the payment part very easy.

I am extremely pleased with the dent repair on side door of my van. Doug Naatz was very skilled and knowlegeable. The area of repair back to new again I would also like to mention the estimator did a great job. Very helpful and customer friendly. My experience at Gerber was one that exceeded my expectations. When I first walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm greeting. I never felt rush or an inconvenience. While the general manager was taking photos of my vehicle he went over everything that needed to be repaired. I found that very helpful. After that, he explained everything with detail, including how long the repairs would take and the guarantee of their work. The receptionist also told me that they do a status call on Thursdays to tell me how the repairs are going. I got my call and they told me that my car was finished. They finished a day early! The complete process from start to finish was handled in a very professional manner. Everything was explained to me in such a manner that I total understood what the repairs would be and what the cost would be to myself and the insurance co. the repairs were made in the time period quoted. no delays. I was really happy that the met the time period. Work looks good, I can't tell where the repairs were made. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Craig was so helpful and friendly, and Mike hurried the job along for me so I could make my out of town trip in my own car. The receptionist was very friendly as well. What a great group of people.
