I WAS HIT IN MY FRONT DRIVERS SIDE FENDER AND DOOR. THE OTHER GUYS INSURANCE SENT OUT AN ADJUSTER AND SENT ME AN ESTIMATE AND I BROUGHT IT IN TO GERBER ON FOREST HILLS FOR REPAIR. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND KNEW I COULD COUNT ON THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY CAR. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WROTE OUT A DETAILED ESTIMATE AND I WAS GIVEN AN EIGHT DAY TURN AROUND TIME. I RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS DURING THE REPAIR TO KEEP ME UP TO DATE WITH THE REPAIR PROCESS AND ABOUT A WEEK AFTER DROPPING MY CAR OFF THE REPAIRS WERE FINISHED AND I PICKED UP MY CAR. Mike and Jen were outstanding to work with from the start. Jen was polite and courteous and took the time to explain every detail before and after the work was done. Mike not only fixed the damage but went above and beyond to ensure my whole truck was made beautiful inside and out. The paint is fantastic. Friends who stopped by were amazed at how good it looked. Great job Body Shop Guys! Not to mention, Enterprise picked me up on time with no hassle at all. Mike kept me up to date on the progress and all the work was completed on time. I picked my truck up on a very windy, cold day and Mike took the time to do a walk through all of the work that was done. Couldn't have asked for more!

My insurance co. Fidelity recommended Gerber for my car repair. As a single woman, I am always wary of being taken advantage of in this field of business. To my great surprise, I was treated with respect by every employee, service was on point, efficient, and done in a timely manner. The shop was exceptionally clean. Pride in a job well-done was evident. They even presented my car washed and vacuumed! I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

I was in an accident 1/11/11 and the first place I thought of to have my car towed was Gerber Collision. I called that night and to my surprise someone answered the phone! Chris was awesome. He stayed until my car arrived from the tow truck and called me once my car had been dropped off. He let me know what the progress of my car was. He was helpful with getting me a rental car. I also received calls from Jen with updates on my car. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to everyone! Thank you!!

I was treated with respect and honesty- a nice change from other providers in the auto repair industry. Repairs were done quickly and car looks great now! Extremely good, polite service. Periodic updates given. Worked hard to get my van with a wheelchair lift done before Christmas. My van was so clean on the inside and outside when I picked it up; it is rarely that clean!! Would definitely use again and recommend.
