This was for rust repair on a 2001 vehicle. I felt the estimate was reasonable and all work to be done was explained thoroughly before I agreed to the repair. The work was done a full day early and looks great. And the text messages during the repair process were both informative and fun - something you don't see often. This was my 3rd instance of needing repair at this facility and I can and will recommend it highly. Dave

I have had my car repair work done twice before at Gerber. I was happy then and was very pleased again with my current work done May 29th & 30th. The service is great. The people are wonderful, polite, caring and wanting to take care of your every need. My car came back looking like it had just come off the show room floor (and it is 9 years old!). You would never know there had been a scrape and dent on that car. Keep up the good work and thanks very much!

Just a quick note to say what a great experience I had with Mike and his assistants. They immediately buffed out some scratches and paint while I waited. This was very important since I drive a limo for a living and I needed to pick up the bride and groom in a couple of hours. They truly saved the day for me - thanks guys!

My car was repaired due to hitting a deer (front end damage, fender, hood, and windshield) so I called my insurance company (21th Century) the next morning and they set me up with Gerber and a rental car. The day after I dropped the car off Ron called and let me know all damages and that it would be 9 days. Well it only took 5 days and when I arrived to pick it up Ron walked me around the car and he noticed hood still had blemishes so he set me up with rental car and said it would be finished by 11 next morning (Saturday) Well he called at 8:30am and said it was finished, I'm very pleased with an excellent job and outstanding customer service. Thanks again Ron and all the Gerber staff.

The staff kept in constant contact with me on my repairs. I picked up my vehicle earlier than forecasted and was SO SURPRISED to learn that they totally detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside. I will never go elsewhere but Gerber!!!
