I have always had excellent service with Gerber Collision & Glass in Loves Park, IL -their staff is very cooperative and willing to discuss any problems I have with m y caar. Mike Lower, the General Manager is a GREAT person who is willing to assist me in any way and discuss the problems I have with my car - he is a GREAT employee for Gerber. Not only is he a super person, he has an excellent staff who knows how to treat their customers and all of them are very knowledgeable and professional. THANK YOU MIKE AND YOUR STAFF!!!!

I have never had such great customer service. This was by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. My car looked as if no damage had ever been done to it, they did an amazing job on all of the repairs and were extremely friendly and helpful when i picked up my car.
