Jeff went out of his way to provide courteous, professional, and prompt service! We brought in my wife's beloved car for an estimate after it was trashed by auto thieves. Though our insurance company ultimately wrote the car off instead of repairing it, we couldn't be happier with the way Jeff dealt with the situation. These folks are the real deal.

SInce we had such a good experience a few years ago with some collision repair at this facility I brought my newly purchased Jaguar there to have them look at some scratches on the body. They took it right in and within 15 minutes I had my car back with all the scratches buffed out. They refused payment for this. Linda and the manager were both very friendly and professional as was the office staff. I fully expected to pay for this kind of work and was very impressed that they felt there was no need to do so. I hope I don't need their services again but if so, will definitely return to have any autobody repair done.

Jim R. was the biggest help and kept me updated on my car. He got my car back to me very fast and it looked like new. they even washed the out side of it and vaccumed the inside out. I am 9 months pregonant and for them to take such good care of both my car and me is a huge help. I will be back for sure if any other accident occurs. The whole team in the office was amazing!

Dealing with insurance companies has been a pain in my side. Dealing with Linda at Gerber was anything but that. She was helpful, straightforward and assisted me with making the best decision for me. Not only that but she helped me make sure I did not forget anything in my car as I would surely have done so had she not suggested we comb the car first.
