I was referred to Gerber through my insurance company after I tried to avoid a possum and spun out over a grass median and several curbs. Not having my car was an awful inconvenience. Jim at this location was amazing. He kept me up to date, was honest and genuine with me. Yes I was without my car for over a month, but with help from friends and then help from Gerber by them offering me a rental car until my car was repaired I was able to get to work and even to the store, which you take for granted when you are without transportation. MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR applause for Jim and for this company. I work in customer service and people get angry over simple things like food. I can't imagine how irrational they get over cars. Thank you guys for doing what you're doing, how you're doing it, and I will 100% recommend Jim, his staff, and Gerber. ... Thank you!!! read more

First accident in over 50 years of driving and first experience with a collision center. I have been greatly impressed with the staff at the Lutz facility. The customer service was impressive and well beyond expectations. The daily text messages and or phone calls were appreciated. The service and quality of the repair could not have been better. Hated that I needed your service but I am glad Gerber took care of my needs. Special thanks to Lisa for her keeping me informed throughout the process and also a special thanks to the wonderful lady who is at the welcome desk. I neglected to get her name but she is an outstanding employee. Thanks for making this as painless as possible.

This was my first experience with Gerber--however, I had received "favorable" recommendations from friends. Their customer service is impeccable. My car needed some additional mechanical work after the body work was completed, and I had "maxed" out with State Farm for car rental. Gerber picked up my car rental for an additional week until my car was ready for pickup. Constantly expressed genuine concern for my well-being and "went over and beyond" to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Deana, Melissa and Tim.

Words can't begin to express the professionalism exhibited by the Gerber Collision staff. My point of contact was Lisa. Not only did she go above and beyond to ensure our car was 100% right, but she also kept us informed throughout the entire process. We knew where our car was and where they were in the repair process for the two weeks Gerber had our car. While Gerber collision was originally recommended by USAA, I can honestly say that not only will I use the shop for all future repairs, but I will definitely recommend Lisa and her team to friends and family.

I want to thank Steve C at the Lutz, Fl site for pleasant, courteous, and proficient service. He dealt with all the delays from my insurance company and was able to return my car to me in excellent condition. It was returned in nine days instead of 18, as per the estimate! The entire staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this sie to anyone.

The repair went by very smoothly. Justin Paul, my estimator, called me every Tuesday and Thursday to update me. No problems with insurance payment, picking up my car or dropping it off. They did an awesome job! Would highly recommend.

My car was hit in a parking lot and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, he was so helpful to me to answer my questions and assisted me with another issue with the glass department.
