This was my 1st time doing business with GERBER Collision & Glass (Laurel, MD) and unless my brand new Honda gets "violated by another careless driver", I should not require Gerber's services. However, I am very pleased with the all around services I received (2/15-17/16). If, there were "10 stars", I would rate this service as such! Thanks Hector, Morgan, and Alborez for such OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I would highly recommend GERBER Collision & Glass to the hundreds of Military Veterans I personally know!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!! JOB WELL DONE!

Great Experience with the entire staff!! I was referred to Gerber from my insurance company USAA. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did on my rear bumper. The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful in keeping me informed with updates on my vehicle and Harry J. who did my estimate went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Being involved in a hit and run accident is never a pleasant experience but Harry and his team did his best to ensure I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely refer friends and family.

The experience was first rate. They did what they said they were going to and completed the work a couple of days early. The truck looks and drives as if it was brand new. Matt and Amy contacted me twice a week as they said they would with status updates. Simply put, they made have to deal with an accident too easy!!

The crew over on Race Road couldn't have done a better job with my car. Taylor and Kelley were always making sure I was up-to-date with my car's status, and John and Gary were very detailed in everything that went on with my car during the repair process. Roberto did a good job cleaning up my Pontiac G8 after all the work was done, and the unnamed "Body Man" devoted days to making sure my ride was back to being good as new. I can tell that everyone involved genuinely cared about the condition my car was returned to me in. I can't recommend the Gerber team in Jessup enough. I really appreciate them putting my car back together again.

Kristina and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Clearly giving great customer service is a priority for them. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process and were more than happy to answer any questions I had at any time.. My vehicle was completed within the time that was quoted to me. The people who do the actual repair work did an amazing job. My vehicle was in an accident so there was an extensive amout of work to be done. When they were finished it was good as new. You never would have know that it had been in an accident. They clearly care about the work they do and want it perfect which it was. I hope to never have to need their services again but if I do I will definitely will use them again.

The people at this shop were so helpful, knowledgeable, and nice! Hector kept me informed throughout the process on a regular basis and explained everything that was happening. Morgan also was very helpful whenever I called. The car looks beautiful - they all did a great job!
