They have a professional and friendly attitude. They explain what needs to be done and the steps they will go through to effect the repair. Gerber on Snouffer School Road is one of the few places I have found that under-promises and over-performs. This was may second experience with them, and I recommend them unconditionally.

I was very pleased with Gerber. They were able to take my car sooner than the original appointment date. They completed the work in 24 hours, despite they anticipated 10 business days. And, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wow.

Very friendly staff. Excellent work performed on my vehicle. During my collision, I wasn't sure if my vehicle would be drivable again. But after taking my vehicle to Gerber, not only was my vehicle drivable, but it drives just as good as it did prior to the collision. It's as if the collision never even happened. Tammy and John did an excellent job having my vehicle repaired.

I must say...the whole staff here has been amazing. They were extremely courteous and understanding. Kristina, Ivy, Kim, Max, and the whole body shop should be commended for a job well done. They have to deal with customers who are upset in a frequent basis but due to their professionalism they make the whole process a very calming experience. There are no worries a customer has when using Gerber. I am sincerely thankful for the job they have done and will no doubt recommend them in the future. USAA did a great service by having partnered with Gerber Collision.
