Wonderful customer service from start to finish, both on the front end and behind the scenes. From the moment I walked in, I felt as if I was your #1 customer. Not only was I happy with your work on the repair, I was happily surprised that you took the extra time to cleaned the inside and outside of my car, from the dusty dashboard down to the tires and rims. The extra effort of cleaning the INSIDE of my car and making it smell fresh was the "cherry on top" that made me realize how much Gerber appreciates my business. I also LOVED the "auto watch" service that sends me pictures and an update on the progress of the work being done. Your the best! I've already begun recommending Gerber to anyone who will listen. Great Job!! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.

I was there to get my bumper fixed. It was a rainy day. From the time I walk in the door I was greeted by everyone that worked there. The young lady with the blond hair (Maureen? ) was so nice. She made me laugh and smile. she check on me while I was waiting for my rental car. I like that you guys send text alerting the customers on the progress of there car. If I ever had to come to a auto body shop again I would choice Gerber Collision in Laurel.
