From start to finish, Gerber Collision was wonderful. John L. was the Estimator I dealt with. He explained everything very thorough and was able to have my vehicle completed in no time. Kelly T. was very helpful in getting me scheduled and going through the paperwork needed. Both of them made the process very easy. Gary, the General Manager was also very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked like nothing has ever happened to it. I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone!!

Excellent customer service! Whole staff was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time for me. They answered all my questions. Explained the entire repair process in detail. Great relationship with Enterprise about getting a rental car. Contacted me almost everyday to update me on the repair status. Car was finished very quickly, several days before the estimated completion date. The repair work was outstanding! No complaints. Would definitely return if needed and would also highly recommended them to anyone! Excellent service!

Gerber collision has by far given me the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service and quality of work done on any vehicle I have ever owned. The service professionals at this location made me feel right away that my car was in good hands. They walked me through every step of the process of the collision repair, giving me calls or sending me text message updates on a regular basis. Their location manager, Eric exhibited a high level of professionalism in the way he addressed me while explaining the details of the work that was carried out on my vehicle, when it was ready for pick-up. The vehicle was even cleaned and polished on the interior. It actually felt like I got a brand new car. I would highly recommend this location, even if you wish to have minor repairs carried out on your vehicle.
