***OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE*** The entire team at Gerber Collision & Glass treated me fairly and provided me with the best service possible. My truck was in/out of the repair shop in record time. I expected a longer wait time for the repair but was extremely surprised in how smooth and quick the repairs were made (less than 3 days). Extremely Satisifed! I have sold cars for over 20 years and customers call me when they need a body repair and ask me whom to use. From now on, I am only recommending Gerber Collision in Laurel, MD! The service is excellent, polite, friendly, caring people work there, the repair was done so well that I can not even tell it was repaired and my car was hit pretty hard! They walked me through each step of the collision repair process by reaching out via telephone and email. The service I received was fantastic from the front office to the quality of the work. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I've had to have my truck worked on the first time was under an Allstate claim at the Airpark location which is now closed. I was happy to hear the same staff was now at the Snouffer School Rd location I knew I could trust them to get the job done. This time I was paying out of pocket they & made it painless as possible & got the job done quickly, I own a mechanic shop locally & refer my customers here with confidence!

I brought my car to the College Park shop and dealt with Craig Plucinski. He really helped me throughout the process of fixing up my car. Craig was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and provided continuous updates as my car was being taking care of. I was impressed with the overall customer service. In all, I had a great experience Craig and the Gerber Collision team and will definitely take my car back there in the future.

"Customer service is generally the deciding actor as to whether or not I will visit an establishment again. From the moment I entered Gerber Collision & Glass I received the very best of service. Having Enterprise rental car on the lot made it a win-win situation. Geico insurance, my insurance carrier has an office with Gerber, what more could you ask for, but then let me add from the staff at the front to the individual who looked after my vehicle, to your repair techs the work was outstanding and so too was the service. I would recommend to Gerger Collision to any and everyone. I hope I never have to use your service again, BUT if I need collision repairs again I will come to Gerber. After a huge tree branch hit my car during a storm my insurance recommended various providers and I chose to take my Camry to Gerber C&G - throughout the process I was kept informed of the progress with emails, calls and pictures online that even my friends in Israel could see. I picked up my car this morning and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work. Their customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and acquaintances.
