As of January 2014 I was involved in my third accident in a two year span. Ever since they fixed my Jeep beautifully the first time, I have come back for the last two accidents as well. Not only did Gerber quickly assess and repair all damages, they continually went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with their service. Brought my car in for auto body repairs. The estimate was done quickly and fairly by Rick Meyer, General Manager. Rick was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the repairs. On a scale of 1 to 10, he gets a 10! Nancy at the front desk was also very courteous. I'm completely satisfied with the work and service - car looks great and paint matches really well. I recommend them and I'd take my car there again (but I hope I won't need to!)

I brought my dodge caravan in for repair after an accident. I was looking for some were local and reliable to take it to and decided on gerber. I dropped my car off at 8:30am on Monday morning and it was done at 11:00am on wednesday. They took the time to tslk to me when I dropped off the car and picked it up. I also need my windshield replaced and asked for an estimate and they were really quick to let me know. Every thing looked really good they did a nice job. There is also an enterprise right next to them which is really nice. Overall I'm really happy with my experance with them and will definitely go to them again if need be in the future.

I have had two experiences with Gerber, one for scratched paint, and one for a large collision repair. I have never before experienced such a competent caring staff. My repair tech was very consistant with staying in touch with me and providing me with updates on the progress of repairs. They worked with Enterprise rentals next door to insure that I had reliable transportation. They did everything possible to make a bad situation a good experience.
