The work on my vehicle was completed when they said it would be. I inspected it at the shop when I picked it up and also when I could inspect it during the day light. The paint job looks good, you can't even tell there was any damage.

This is the 2nd time I've had Gerber repair my vehicle. Each time, it was done quickly and professionally with the utmost respect and a warm smile. The estimate process was a breeze. I sent my wife in who was concerned she would not understand anything. She came home and was very satisfied with that service. I dropped the Jeep Commander off on Monday the 2nd and got it back the very next day!! The paint looks wonderful and the body repair is excellent. however I did notice one spot where the body filler is not perfect, almost like they missed a spot. I would like to get that taken care of, however it is not an immediate issue. Also, I was in need of a car since I was not informed when I bought this vehicle they did not transfer my rental coverage. You guys took care of that no questions asked. I would, will and DO recommend you guys to friends and family. Thank you again for the wonderful service!!!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your service. I had a repair done by your McHenry, IL shop. I was updated about the progress on a regular basis by the friendly and informed Rick & nancy at the shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anymore who needs any level of collision work conducted. Finally, the actual repair is very well done. THe paint is perfectly blended, I can't see where the new and old paint overlap, the vehicle looks like new. Couldn't be happier and I am really picky!

My 2003 Chevrolet Venture Van had been sideswiped and the entire passenger side had to be rebuilt. The van looks like new! I am very impressed with the work that your company completed. The van was also returned in 6 days, when the estimate had the work scheduled for 14 days. This made us extremely happy. Very friendly service from the 2 young ladies at the Elgin office.
